ada kalanya kita perlu sejenak memberi waktu untuk diri kita sendiri, disela semua rutinitas dan kewajiban2 yang menumpuk minta diselesaikan, beri diri kita sejenak (1-2 jam) saja untuk menikmati me time. :)
jenuh yang kita tumpuk dan kita paksakan malah terkadang jadi boomerang juga lho. kerjaan yang harusnya bisa selesai dalam sekejap mata 'cieeee' 'terpaksa' dikerjain over time. hahahahha
tapi memaksakan me time dengan hal gak berguna seperti bermalas-malsan itu juga bikin nuansa malas2nya kebawa sampai berhari-hari bahkan berbulan-bulan :p *sumber: pengalaman pribadi* hahahahhaa
jadi lakukanlah me time dengan hal berguna yang disukai, baca buku, nntn filem, bahkan tidur :D
lately, i found my me time, not that accidentally but never realise before that what i'm doing is very interesting.
i usually cook for my self, almost everyday doing this, but never realise that i could enjoy that 'spesial' moment
i found it just a month ago while coking for my beloved family and boyfriend. interested that in thats time i could feel my self being me. and was sooooo happy when they eat my dish and said that its delisious :D
when i'm back to this place. starting to cook only for my self again, i try to make this cooking time as me time. start with doing some recipies browse it via internet or just modified it with the one i ever know. looking for ingredient in market also another adventure, hahahahha. well i'm lucky because there is one big market near my living place.
and after all, the most enjoying thing is preparing all the ingredients and start blend various proper ingredients into food. ahay :p
and then enjoy your food while watching tv *sponge bob is my favorite* (even if its look ugly sometimes it taste fabulous lho, hahhahahaha)
when i'm finished with my dish i could start one other working time :) and producing more :))))) *i hope*
